In the field of energy equipment, China's independently developed cryogenic valve technology breakthrough solves the core problem under extreme working conditions of -196℃: through innovative material formulation and structural design, it successfully overcomes the problems of metal embrittlement and seal failure, making the product reach the international leading level. This technology has been applied on a large scale in three major fields:
LNG industry chain: achieving a localization rate of more than 90%, ensuring the safety of the entire process of liquefaction, transportation, and regasification Aerospace engineering: precise control of liquid hydrogen/liquid oxygen fuel to support the reliability of rocket launch systems
New energy storage: providing key control components for ultra-low temperature energy storage systems
This breakthrough has significantly improved the stability of the global energy supply chain, making China the third country after the United States and Germany to master a full set of ultra-low temperature valve technology. At present, related products have passed international authoritative certification, established technical cooperation with energy companies in many countries, and promoted the iterative upgrade of global cryogenic engineering equipment. This technological breakthrough marks a historic leap from import dependence to technology output in the field of high-end valves in my country.
